Cheap Bib Shorts Under £100, Priced by Size
There are 177 bib shorts under £100 at 15 UK shops today. The cheapest is £14.99 and the median is £79.80. Most “cheap bib shorts” lists quote one price per short. This one ranks every pair by its cheapest price in your size, because the £60 deal is often only in the size nobody wants.

What you give up on cheap bib shorts
A cheap bib short saves money on three things: the fabric, the pad and the seams. Testers agree on the trade-off:
With budget bib shorts you can't expect every element to be outstanding – battles have to be picked to hit those most competitive price points.
Budget bib shorts will use cheaper fabrics, which means more seams are required to get a good fit and hold it all together.
The pad matters most. Cheaper foam is softer and less dense, so it flattens after an hour or two:

The Castelli Entrata 2 bib shorts are possibly the best performing pair of shorts I've tested for under £100, with a good quality chamois and great performance in warmer conditions.
Where they start to fall down is partly the lack of flatlock seams, and also on rides over 3 hours, where the chamois performance is not as strong.
Premium bib shorts that are under £100 today
These shorts were listed at £140 or more and are now under £100 somewhere. They have better pads and fabric than most shorts that are cheap to begin with. Stock is thin, so check your size.

We read each shop’s own product listings, size by size, and this page was rebuilt from that read on 17 September 2026. A price counts only if it is in pounds and the shop has not marked that size sold out. Where a shop publishes no stock at all, we show its price but leave it out of every in-stock percentage rather than guess. We never convert a euro or dollar price: import VAT and duty make those numbers wrong in your favour on paper and against you at the door.
