The Wickes Splendor Europ Decor team existed in several forms from 1975 to 1989 (when it was Hitachi-VTM). The teams from 1979-1981 featured Sean Kelley. This is the jerseys that was worn in the 1981 Tour de France, where Sean won stage 15 (and Eddy Planckaert won stage 12b).
